We seek a compassionate and dedicated Counsellor to join our team at **URBX Knowledge Park LLP- Pilot & Aviation Academy. **As a Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and mental health services to aspiring pilots enrolled in our academy. You will work closely with students to address academic, personal, and emotional challenges, fostering a positive and conducive learning environment contributing to their success.

Job Title: Academic Counsellor
- Pilot Academy

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Be a trusted counsellor**: Utilize your excellent communication skills to build rapport with students, answer their questions, and address their concerns about academics, careers, and social integration.
- **Become a course selection pro**: Assist students in choosing the right academic path based on their individual goals, interests, and strengths.
- **Stay organized and proactive**: Manage your schedule effectively, conduct regular follow-up calls with students, and ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- **Expand your outreach**: Assist with lead generation strategies, including telecalling (experience a plus) and digital marketing initiatives.
- **Go the extra mile**: Perform additional tasks related to admissions and coordination, demonstrating your commitment to the team's success.
- **Make a real difference**: Provide one-on-one guidance, support, and encouragement to ensure students thrive academically and socially.

**Education**:
Any Degree/PG/MSW

**Other Qualification**
- Airport Management/Cabin crew Courses

**Experience**:
Freshers or experienced in a similar role in an academic set up

**Skills**:

- Effective English oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Computer skills-MS Office
- Interpersonal Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
