**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive. The SEO Executive will be responsible for conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page SEO, building links, conducting technical SEO, and performing SEO audits on websites.

**Responsibilities/KPIs**:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conducting keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases for targeting.
- Optimizing website content and structure for improved visibility and relevance to target keywords.
- Performing technical SEO audits and addressing issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with content creators, developers, and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
- Staying informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools to continuously refine and enhance SEO strategies.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance website performance.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and its impact on search engines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- 2+ Years of Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a track record of driving measurable results through SEO initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO certifications)
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**:Salary offered for this position is up to INR 20,000 per month.
