**Job Title**: Lady Physical Training Instructor (PTI)
**Location**: Central Academy, BZS Branch, Jodhpur

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reporting To**: Principal/Headmistress

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and deliver structured physical education sessions for students from Nursery to Senior Secondary.
- Train students for inter-house, inter-school, and district-level sports competitions.
- Supervise morning assemblies, drills, yoga sessions, and other physical fitness routines.
- Maintain discipline and safety protocols during all physical activities.
- Identify and nurture students with potential in specific sports or fitness disciplines.
- Coordinate with the school sports committee for organizing annual sports day, tournaments, and fitness workshops.
- Maintain records of student participation and performance in sports activities.
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all sports equipment and facilities.
- Promote values of teamwork, leadership, and fair play among students.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or Diploma in Physical Education from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in a similar role in a school setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children.
- Ability to manage and lead large student groups effectively.
- Basic knowledge of first-aid and injury management.

**Compensation**:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, as per Central Academy norms.
