Conduct persuasive sales conversations using chat, focusing on the benefits and value of our services to encourage customers to make a purchase.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to maximise sales performance and achieve revenue goals.

Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies by providing valuable feedback based on customer interactions.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a chat-based sales environment.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals effectively.

Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers through chat conversations.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of chats

Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving results

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
