- 1. To perform Initial study on the received Purchase Requisition

2. Responsible for obtaining the quotation according to the PR

3. Responsible for Cost comparison

4. To get the approval on the cost Sheet.

5. Ensure preparation of purchase order after approval of the cost sheet.

6. To get the Purchase Order approval.
