- Practical experience with a wide variety of software engineering tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Research competitor offerings
- Work with wide variety of automation frameworks and tools
- Adherence to policies, standards, and frameworks (ex. SDLC, Change
- Management, Risk & Security)
- Solid, reliable judgement and can make effective risk-value decisions under ambiguous and/or difficult circumstances
- Identifying opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of change, in parallel to promoting an open and inclusive environment
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

**Requirements**:

- BE/B.Tech
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking, flexibility and collaboration
- Ability to work in teams with excellent communication
- Experience in Selenium and REST ASSURED
- Experience in programming or knowledge in Core Java
- Good to have Linux/Unix knowledge
