
Sales Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales operations and client requirements.
- Handle inquiries from customers related to product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and delivery instructions.
- Track and update order status with internal departments such as logistics, accounts, and warehouse.
- Maintain customer records and databases using CRM or Excel tools.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections in coordination with the finance team.
- Support marketing and business development activities by preparing reports and presentations.
- Liaise with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Generate regular sales performance reports and assist in forecasting and planning.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and handling complaints effectively.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the steel or industrial products sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of steel products (Flats, Coils, Beams, Sheets, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Experience in handling B2B customers and trading operations.
- Knowledge of local and international logistics related to steel trading.
- Exposure to commercial documentation (e.g., PO, PI, BOE, GRN, etc.)
Pay: ₹11,629.46 - ₹31,575.07 per month
