Our client is one of the Global leading reinsurance firms which provides industry focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join their Underwriter - Agriculture Reinsurance team in Mumbai.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for quality underwriting, costing & pricing for Indian agriculture reinsurance business.
- Responsible for Data analytics, data management and processing.
- Responsible for providing statistical & actuarial solutions for pricing & costing for the market.

**Role requirements**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in agriculture insurance or reinsurance underwriting/ pricing with knowledge of agriculture business in India.
- Education Qualification: Graduate or Post-graduate in Agriculture/ Actuarial Science/ Finance/ Agronomics/ Statistics/ Computer Engineering/ Insurance and related discipline.
- Coding skills - MATLAB, R, and similar software tools & languages.
- Excellent communications skills - verbal and written.
