We are looking for an experienced UI Designer to join our team

As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

A senior role may see you managing a team of designers, and providing training and mentorship. Together with the UX, Product Management, and BA team you’ll be responsible for building and implementing a design thinking culture.

**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements.
- Oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles
- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.

**Skills and Requirements**
- 5 to 6 years of experience and a proven track record.
- Expert knowledge of UI design principles and responsive design and Mobile UI
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stress design process under mínimal supervision.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present work to executives and large groups.
- Proven experience mentoring or managing other UI designers.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
