**JOB DESCRIPTION for Environment Department for Real Estate Company**

**Designation**: AGM/DGM (Environment)

**Experience**: 10 - 15 years

**Qualification**: Post Graduation in Environmental Sciences

**Preference**:Real Estate industry only**

**Salary**: CTC 75 K to 1.20 L PM.

**Location**: New Delhi

**Duties and key responsibilities**

1) Experience of working on various Environmental studies, like EIA/EMP Environmental Data Generation, Meteorological study, Mathematical Modeling, Solid Waste Management etc.

2) Liaisoning with MoEF, SEAC/SEIAA and various Pollution Control Boards.

3) Follow-ups with environmental consultant involved in obtaining environmental clearance, CTE, CTO, NOC from CGWA, Height clearance etc.

4) Ensuring timely renewal of NOCs from various govt. departments.

5) Manage all the statutory requirements related to environmental issues in India.

6) Monitoring and supervision of various on-going construction projects in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, from environmental angle.

7) Ability of lead the execution group and co-ordination with the client, authorities and the experts.

8) Ability to conduct the Air Pollution studies and mathematical environmental modelling, known to all prime Air Dispersion Models and supporting software like ISC3, SCREEN3, CALINE4 etc.

9) Ability to conduct the ecological and hydrological studies, social impact assessment and studies Resettlement and Rehabilitation studies for development program.

10) Manage all environmental issues and can liaison with the pollution control department.

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
