**Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**: The **Reliving Duty Nurse** in an **Industrial Occupational Health Clinic (OHC)** provides on-demand nursing services to employees within an industrial or corporate environment. This role is focused on supporting the health and safety of workers, managing workplace injuries and illnesses, providing first aid, conducting health screenings, and promoting overall employee wellness. The Reliving Nurse is expected to step in for permanent staff during absences, vacations, or other staffing gaps and must be adaptable to different work environments within the industrial setting.

An **Reliving Nurse** combines nursing duties with administrative responsibilities. This role is typically found in Corporate office or occupational health centers. The Reliving Nurse supports both the OHC and administrative functions of the office, managing patient care in OHC and office operations.

1. **Healthcare Services**:

- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or illnesses within the manufacturing plant.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings, including blood pressure checks, vision tests, and other relevant examinations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all employees treated at the OHC.

2. **Occupational Health**:

- Collaborate with the company's health and safety team to monitor workplace hazards and provide recommendations for prevention.
- Assist in the development and implementation of health promotion programs, immunization campaigns, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and health assessments for new employees.
- Monitor and manage workplace injuries and illnesses, including follow-up care and rehabilitation plans.

3. **Health Education**:

- Provide health education and counseling to employees on topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall well-being.
- Promote awareness of common health issues and preventive measures within the workforce.

4. **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, and counselors, to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
- Prepare regular reports on the health status of employees, workplace incidents, and healthcare utilization within the OHC.
- Assist in maintaining OHC policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Previous experience in occupational health nursing or relevant healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and respond to medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
