Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can tell the stories of these ventures in a way that inspires, educates, and engages. From writing thought leadership posts for LinkedIn to producing crisp reels for Instagram, your job is to create content that connects with diverse audiences — EPCs, customers, homeowners, and business leaders.

This is not just about content volume — it’s about shaping brand voices and making complex ideas accessible and memorable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Write and publish blogs, articles, newsletters, and case studies.
- Create social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter).
- Work on short-form video scripts, product explainers, and thought leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is consistent and impactful.
- Repurpose long-form content into snippets, reels, and infographics.
- Track engagement metrics and refine content approach based on data.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong command of storytelling, copywriting, and content structuring.
- Comfort with different content formats (blogs, reels, scripts, whitepapers).
- Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimization.
- Hands-on with content tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or AI writing tools).
- Ability to adapt tone across three distinct brands.
- A portfolio that shows range and creativity.

Bonus Points
- Experience in tech, SaaS, green energy, or real estate content.
- Ability to produce video content (editing, scripting, voiceovers).
- Familiarity with analytics and content performance tracking.
- Flair for memes, viral hooks, and community engagement.
