**Job Summary**

A Draughtsman is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers. They use specialized software and manual drafting techniques to prepare accurate representations of structures, systems, or machinery to guide production or construction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Drafting and Design**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints for engineering, architectural, or construction projects.
- Translate concepts, sketches, or specifications into accurate and clear drawings.
- **Software Utilization**:

- Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) to create and modify designs.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and resolve design challenges.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain an organized database of drawings and technical documentation.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings and ensure all documents are version-controlled.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Check designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and rectify errors in existing drawings.
- **Field Work (if applicable)**:

- Visit sites to take measurements, understand conditions, or verify designs.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Adhere to industry codes, safety guidelines, and organizational policies.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and material properties.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical skills to address design and construction challenges.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- High accuracy in creating and reviewing technical drawings.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to team members and clients.

**Education and Experience**
- Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a draughtsman in a relevant industry (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical).
- Certification in CAD software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
