**Ensuring compliance**QA professionals ensure that products meet quality, efficacy, and safety requirements by developing and implementing quality assurance systems and procedures. They also conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- **Conducting quality control tests**QA professionals perform quality control tests on products, such as drug samples, to check for impurities. They analyze the test results to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- **Developing risk mitigation strategies**QA professionals perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- **Reviewing and approving documentation**QA professionals review and approve documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- **Investigating deviations**QA professionals investigate deviations or non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**QA professionals collaborate with other departments, such as research and development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to promote a culture of quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
