Job description

Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop Training centre layouts and that align with brand Design principles under the Supervision for Design Head.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using _AutoCAD, Sketch Up_, and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project goals, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and space planning, taking into account functionality, customer feedback, and Training centre experience.
- Lead the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the training centres projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of training centres design projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide creative and effective design solutions.
- Review and approve design specifications, construction documents, and shop drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability best practices
