**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage end-to-end operations on the GEM portal, including product listing, bidding, order processing, and documentation.

Handle billing and invoicing tasks with accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate and track purchase orders, quotations, and vendor communication.

Ensure timely delivery, payment follow-ups, and contract management.

Maintain and update records in Excel and internal systems.

Assist in vendor registration and document submission processes.

Stay updated with GEM guidelines, procurement norms, and billing standards.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in working on the GEM Portal (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.

Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and billing software.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience in billing/accounts or procurement roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
