**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Associates (Voice) for our Comcast Voice process. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to Comcast customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from Comcast customers regarding billing inquiries, technical issues, service activations, and account modifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide clear and concise explanations to customers and guide them through troubleshooting steps.
- Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 per month
