**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: MBBS & MBA (mandatory)
- **Experience**: Prior experience in hospital administration, clinical administration
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
