**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to join our EdTech team in Noida. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and promoting our EdTech solutions to educational institutions and corporate organizations.

This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, especially within the EdTech or related sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the EdTech industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Present our EdTech solutions to prospects, demonstrating the value they can bring to the client's business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance business development strategies.
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in educational conferences, events, and seminars to increase brand awareness.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Freshers to 3 years of experience** in business development, sales, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to understand and present complex EdTech products and services.
- Experience in the EdTech sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
