**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Keyword Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Analyze keyword trends, search volume, and competition to prioritize target keywords.

2. **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for target keywords.
- Improve site structure, internal linking, and user experience for better search engine visibility.

3. **Technical SEO**:

- Audit website for technical SEO issues and implement solutions to improve crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
- Optimize website architecture, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files.

4. **Off-Page Optimization and Link Building**:

- Develop and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links to maintain a healthy link profile.

5. **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
- Optimize existing content and identify opportunities for new content creation.

6. **SEO Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO monitoring platforms.
- Track key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate SEO performance and insights to stakeholders.

7. **Stay Updated with SEO Trends and Best Practices**:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new SEO tools and techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and refine SEO strategies to adapt to changing search engine algorithms and user behavior.

**Qualifications**:
1. *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

2. *Experience:* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

3. *Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development frameworks.

4. *Analytical Skills:* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to inform SEO strategies.

5. *Communication Skills:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

6. *Team Player:* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, content creators, and marketing managers.

7. *Certifications:* Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications (preferred).
