Required Technical Skill Set: Strong Knowledge on Troubleshooting OS Issues

Must-Have

1. Atleast 4-5 years of experience in Desktop EUC environment using leading methodologies (Windows 7 & 10 platforms) & processes with some network and firewall knowledge preferred.

2. Provide IT Support to existing infra, implement new systems, maintain and resolve and analyze issues and provide mitigation or preventive solutions.

3. Provide technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software

4. Install hardware equipment, software and maintenance agreements

5. Perform acceptance testing of installed/upgraded equipment

6. Oversee integration, compatibility and continuing operations of systems to ensure mínimal disruption

7. Prepare, propose, implement and track projects, policies, procedures and standards relating to Technology Management, IT security and infrastructure as a whole.
