Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with various departments to identify and understand procurement needs.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best purchase deals.

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and requisitions.

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and operational requirements.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply-related issues.

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and pricing trends.

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost savings.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Prepare and analyze procurement reports for management review.

Adhere to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization.

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Understanding of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹11,321.73 - ₹32,573.86 per month
