**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facilities Management**: Supervise all aspects of building facilities including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, elevators, and security systems. Ensure that maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently.
- **Tenant/Renter Relations**: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants or residents regarding building-related concerns, inquiries, and requests. Address complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Lease Administration**: Maintain accurate records of leases, rental agreements, and tenant information. Collect rent payments, enforce lease terms, and handle lease renewals and terminations.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that the building complies with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to safety, health, and building codes. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for building maintenance, repairs, and operational expenses. Monitor expenditures and seek cost-effective solutions to maximize resources.
- **Emergency Response**: Develop and implement emergency procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of building occupants. Coordinate responses to emergencies such as fires, natural disasters, or security threats.
- **Vendor Management**: Select and oversee third-party vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure that work is completed to satisfaction.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to building operations, maintenance activities, and tenant communications. Prepare reports for management as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in computer software and property management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
