Fleet Coordinator/ Transport Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

**1. Driver Management**
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of drivers for various vehicle types.
- Ensure all driver documents (license, ID, background checks, etc.) are valid and up-to-date.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Handle and resolve driver grievances efficiently to maintain discipline and team morale.

**2. Vehicle Maintenance**
- Plan and oversee routine servicing and timely repairs of all fleet vehicles to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with safety standards.
- Coordinate with service vendors for quality and cost-effective maintenance work.

**3. Fuel Management**
- Monitor daily fuel usage and maintain accurate fuel logs.
- Identify fuel-saving opportunities and implement measures to control fuel expenses.
- Work with drivers to reduce idling and unauthorized usage.

**4. Vehicle Tracking & Trip Monitoring**
- Track all vehicles in real time using GPS systems to ensure route adherence.
- Monitor loaded vehicles to prevent unnecessary stops or halts during transit.
- Ensure timely delivery and efficient utilization of fleet capacity.

**5. Experience Requirements**
- Must have hands-on experience in managing and operating a fleet of commercial vehicles including:

- **Eicher 22 ft, 20 ft, 14 ft**:

- **Pickup Bolero**:

- **Tata Ace**:

- Should be familiar with the operational, maintenance, and compliance aspects of these vehicle types.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
