**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Creative Designer** with experience or interest in the **real estate sector**, who can work on graphics, video editing, and manage social media marketing. You’ll be working on daily creative content, project videos, advertisements, and digital brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creatives for digital and print (brochures, posts, hoardings, banners, etc.)
- Create and edit short-form videos for social media (property walk-throughs, reels, ads)
- Use tools like **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects**:

- Plan and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Create marketing assets for real estate projects, events, offers, etc.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to create content strategy
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all platforms
- Basic photography/videography skills are a plus

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in **Canva**, **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, and **After Effects**:

- Knowledge of **video editing** and **motion graphics**:

- Experience in **social media marketing (SMM)**:

- Passion for real estate branding and design
- Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management
- Must be able to work full-time from the office in Nashik

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Salary**:
Based on experience and skillset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
