Field Sales Executive

Educational Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/Graduate
**Experience in automobile sales/spare part sales, construction equipment sales** Exp :2 to 6Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- **Generate New Business**: Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within a designated territory.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- **Understand Customer Needs**: Conduct thorough needs analysis and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**: Present product/service offerings effectively and negotiate contracts.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- **Follow-up and Lead Management**: Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about company products/services and competitor offerings.
- **Reporting and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and provide feedback.
- **Travel**: Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct business.
