Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g.,Instagram, LinkedIn etc) for the company.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, reels and other multimedia materials, to be shared on social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance using social media management tools.
- Interact with online communities and followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to track and measure the success of social media campaigns and provide insights for future optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, policies, and trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness of social media strategies.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging social media content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports to measure performance.
- Familiarity with social media automation tools and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with multimedia content creation will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
