Immigration Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Consultation**:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about immigration programs, policies, and procedures.
- Explain various visa categories, residency options, and pathways to citizenship.
- **Application Assistance**:
- Review and verify all documentation to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- **Legal & Regulatory Compliance**:
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
- Advise clients on legal obligations and responsibilities related to immigration.
- **Client Support & Follow-up**:
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide post-landing services such as settlement guidance and job search assistance.
- **Record Keeping & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate client records and case files.
- Document all interactions and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
- **Liaison & Networking**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with embassies, consulates, legal experts, and immigration authorities.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and professional bodies to facilitate client immigration processes.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
