Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support the finance team in conducting financial analysis, interpreting data, and preparing meaningful reports.
- Aid in budgeting and forecasting activities, including data collection, analysis, and variance reporting.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance or BCom/ICWAI qualification. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in using Tally software is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial software systems or accounting software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
