**Job Title**: Assistant Doctor - Homeopathy Clinic

**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Consultation Support**:

- Assist the chief/homeopathy doctor in initial patient consultations.
- Record detailed case histories including symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and psychological conditions.
- Help in follow-up consultations and patient progress assessments.
- **Case Preparation & Analysis**:

- Prepare and update patient files in the clinic's software or manual system.
- Assist in case analysis and remedy selection under supervision.
- **Treatment Management**:

- Support in prescribing and dispensing homeopathic remedies as per the chief doctor’s directions.
- Ensure timely delivery and communication of treatment plans to patients.
- **Patient Communication & Education**:

- Clarify doubts related to treatment and medicine usage.
- Educate patients on homeopathic principles and expected treatment outcomes.
- Provide empathetic, patient-centric care and guidance.
- **Clinic Operations**:

- Coordinate with the front desk team to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Maintain clinic hygiene and ensure medical records are securely stored and organized.
- Follow up with patients for review visits and feedback.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on patient cases, improvements, and feedback.
- Assist in compiling testimonials, before-and-after case records, and reports for clinic analysis.
- **Training & Learning**:

- Continuously upgrade knowledge through case discussions, attending internal training, and reading relevant materials.
- Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to improving service quality.
- **Ethics & Confidentiality**:

- Maintain professional conduct, integrity, and strict confidentiality of all patient information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
