**Job Title**: Blockchain Trainer (Hybrid)

**Location**: Hybrid (Remote and In-office at Shivacha Technologies Pvt Ltd)

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct hybrid (online and in-person) blockchain training sessions for various skill levels.

Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for blockchain technologies.

Teach core blockchain concepts, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain development tools.

Provide hands-on guidance on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and others.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the blockchain field and integrate these insights into your training approach.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a blockchain trainer, educator, or developer.

Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, DeFi, and DApp development.

Experience working with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.

Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

Ability to break down complex blockchain concepts into simple, understandable lessons.

Relevant blockchain certifications or technical expertise (preferred).
