Responsibilities:

- Study and analyze design briefs and determine client requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on client requirements
- Prepare drafts for client approval
- Develop illustrations and other designs using software
- Use and match appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic requirement
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand and matching client specifications

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing in Flexible Packaging and/or similar industry
- Diploma/degree required in graphic designing, art or equivalent field
- A keen eye for detail and results driven approach
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Proven work experience in graphic designing job work
- Excellent proficiency in designing software(s)

Renumeration:

- Most competitive and amongst the highest in the industry

**Salary**: ₹8,828.68 - ₹30,832.99 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baguihati, Kolkata - 700059, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
