Job Summary:
As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and basic financial functions. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, document management, handling financial records, and providing general office support to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with high accuracy.
- Assist in managing accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial reports.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring security and confidentiality of data.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.
- Job hours will be from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required; further education or certification in Office Administration or Finance is a plus. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
