Job description Praveg Limited is reckoned for its strong leadership across diverse business segments like Exhibition Management, Event Management, Tourism & Hospitality and Publication. The Company successfully ventured into hospitality with its operations and management of White Rann Resort in Rann Utsav, Kutch, followed by Tent City Narmada, Statue of Unity, Praveg Beach Resort Daman. Today, the Company has established itself as a trendsetter in the Hospitality Sector, efficiently handling multiple large-scale Government and private projects. Our Corporate office is based at Ahmedabad. We are looking for Tender Executive for our Corporate Office Ahmedabad **Responsibilities**: - Study of Tender Documents & preparing the Summary for review. - Participating in all open/Limited Tenders, Preparation of proposals, and Preparation to completion of pre-Qualification criteria of the tender. - Good knowledge of Computer with a good know how MS Office & Java. - Must be conversant in using all the government Tendering portals & should have experience of using the digital signature & Uploading the Tender online/manually before the bid submission date. - Allocation of tenders to sales resources and Maintain Updated Data in Excel sheet. database. - Tender discussion with technical & Financial team and co-ordinate according to the requirements of the tender - Should be able to speak to OEMs for product specifications and pricing. - To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications; - To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review; - To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers; - To assist commercial department in cultivating good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers; - To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission; - To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission; - To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions; - To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Degree/Diploma in a Technical Discipline - Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience. - Minimum 2 yrs of Relevant Experience. - Any Graduate - Advance knowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel **Ms. Drashti UpadhyayExecutive - HR - Corporate** **PRAVEG LIMITED** - (Formerly known as Praveg Communications (India) Limited)_ Praveg Limited - 18th Floor, Westport, Sindhu Bhavan Road, PRL Colony, Thaltej, Ahmedabad-380058.
