**COMPUTER OPERATOR**

**JOB BRIEF**

**JOB Title**

To Process orders, upload Listings

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Process Orders from Ecommerce Websites. This includes Processing Ecommerce customer orders from Ecommerce Websites Like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meeshu on daily basis. Taking printouts handing over the orders to dispatch department for further processing.

2. Return Management: Taking control of the returns received and making a database

3. Reconciliation of payments received from online portals.

4. Routine Accounting Entries in Tally.

5. New Listings on web portal.

**EDUCATION**

a. Minimum Education:

- +2, Graduate in any discipline

b. Technical Education:

- Well Versed with MS Office

**EXPERIENCE**

a. Minimum Experience:

- Workable experience in computers

**BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

a. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

b. Leadership skills

d. Essential: Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally ERP,

e. Optional: Photoshop, Coral Draw, Aspire

We have an Exclusive showroom and office in Old Ambala Road, Dhakoli, Zirakpur Punjab of Home decor products like Artificial plants, Wood Decor articles, Wall Arts, paintings etc. Most of the products are produced in our factory situated in Derabassi-Punjab. **About Employment**:
Job is in Zirakpur, Distt Mohali, Punjab

Working Timings are 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM

6 days working in a week

Extra Overtime on incremental rates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
