**Job description**

**Job Title**:
Nephrologist cum Transplant Physician

Location : KPHB

Salary : 200000 - 225000 per month

**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Nephrology Care**:

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic kidney diseases, including glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and renal failure.
- Manage patients on dialysis (both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis) and provide ongoing care.
- Perform kidney biopsies and other diagnostic procedures as required.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and treatment options for kidney-related conditions.

**Transplant Care**:

- Manage pre-transplant evaluations, including assessing donor and recipient suitability.
- Provide perioperative and post-transplant care to kidney transplant patients.
- Monitor for complications such as organ rejection, infections, or medication side effects.
- Collaborate with the transplant team to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to transplant protocols.

**Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, nurses, and other specialists.
- Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MBBS/MD/DNB in Nephrology from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in nephrology and kidney transplantation.
- Proficiency in dialysis management and transplant care.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient management abilities

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Physician: 1 year (preferred)
