** Key Responsibilities**:
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:
- Conduct **keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking**.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for **on-page and technical SEO**.
- Build backlinks and monitor domain authority using tools like **Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz**.
- Track rankings, impressions, and conversions through **Google Search Console & Analytics**.
**Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Campaigns)**:
- Assist in **creating and managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns**.
- Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and targeting for maximum **CTR and lead conversions**.
- Analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI) and prepare performance dashboards.
- Research new keyword opportunities and audience segments for B2B lead generation.
- Segment contact lists and personalize outreach for ABM initiatives using tools like **HubSpot, Apollo, or Mailchimp**.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure engagement.
**Analytics & Reporting**:
- Monitor overall marketing performance using **Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM dashboards**.
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting lead funnel health, campaign ROI, and key insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to align visuals and messaging with data trends.
**Must-Have Skills**:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Apollo.
- Ability to plan and execute lead-gen focused campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Prior internship or certification in digital marketing, growth marketing, or PPC preferred.
