**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for contract and domestic IT positions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT staffing to inform recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on contract and domestic staffing.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations governing recruitment and employment practices.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
