We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic **Admission Counsellors** to join our team at Education Industry**, Rohini West**. The role involves guiding and assisting students and professionals in their academic and career journeys, both for **domestic and international programs**. This is a high-growth opportunity with lucrative incentives and training support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **personalized counselling and admission guidance** to prospective students and working professionals.
- Recommend suitable **courses, universities, and programs** based on individual profiles.
- Conduct **follow-ups and maintain lead records** in CRM systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of **domestic and international education systems** and admission criteria.
- Work closely with the **marketing and operations** team to ensure conversions.
- Participate in **webinars, education fairs, and seminars** as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification**:Graduate in any stream** (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred).
- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills**.
- Comfortable working in a **target-driven** environment.
- Basic knowledge of **higher education programs and career options**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM tools**.
- Freshers with **confidence and a zeal to learn** are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
