**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to understand their needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for prospective students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline processes and improve the overall admissions experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our educational programs.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

**Salary**: ₹408,306.06 - ₹787,810.90 per year
