Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing IVF treatments.
- Assist in various procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
- Educate patients about treatment protocols and answer their queries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license in West Bengal.
- Previous experience in a fertility clinic or relevant medical field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
