Location**:Tenssel Town (earlier known as Taam Jhaam), Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad**

**About Us**

**Tenssel Town** is a vibrant multicuisine restaurant known for blending authentic Indian flavors with modern dining experiences. We are currently expanding our **Chaat Section** and looking for passionate chefs who can bring innovation and consistency to our chaat offerings.

- **Chef de Partie (CDP) - Chaat** (01 Position)
- **Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Chaat** (01 Position)

**Job DescriptionsChef de Partie (CDP) - Chaat**
- Manage and execute traditional & modern chaat preparations.
- Supervise junior staff (DCDPs & Commis) in the section.
- Ensure quality, taste, and consistency across all items.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Innovate and assist in developing new chaat items.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in Indian/Street Food or Chaat section.
- Strong knowledge of chutneys, spices, seasoning & authentic flavors.
- Ability to manage a section independently.

**Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Chaat**
- Assist CDP in preparing ingredients and chaat items.
- Handle mise-en-place (chutneys, masalas, toppings).
- Maintain quality and hygiene standards.
- Support smooth operations during service hours.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Chaat/Indian snacks section.
- Strong interest in Indian street food flavors.
- Willingness to learn and grow under guidance of senior chefs.
