**Role**:
- Arranging board/general meetings and preparing notices, agenda, notes on agenda and minutes thereof;
- Communicating information to relevant Stakeholders, Dealing with Correspondence, collating information;
- Liaising with External Regulators and Advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;
- Drafting of prospectus/offer for sale/letter of offer/other documents related to issue of securities and obtaining various approvals in association with this;
- Preparing/reviewing various returns and reports required for compliance with the tax laws, RBI laws and other regulations;
- Assisting the board of directors in respect of any compliance of law which are applicable to the company, and ensure that the company complies with the secretarial standards and laws
