As a WordPress Web Designer at POSIMYTH Innovations, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our Users. You will work closely with our development and design teams to ensure that all web projects meet our high standards for quality and functionality. Your role will involve designing and customizing WordPress themes, layouts, and plugins to create websites that exceed Users expectations.Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom WordPress websites, including themes and plugins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet client needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts to visualize website layouts and functionality.
- Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to align with client branding and design preferences.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and search engine visibility.
- Ensure websites are responsive and provide a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and development issues as they arise.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing websites.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in BCA, BE-Computers, Bsc-IT, Diploma or a related field.
- Fresher - 6 months Work Experience
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with popular WordPress themes and plugins, as well as customization techniques.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
