The role requires you to be a Solution/Service Architect with good understanding of the full stack and emerging technologies and expertise in Microsoft.NET.

The role has following key responsibilities

Pre-Sales support
- RFI/RFP technical solution inputs

Lead critical customer/ internal conversations to define scope and estimation management with hands on experience in estimation techniques.

Consulting to define the customer specific solutions

Do Market analysis / Industry analysis on latest technologies, automation etc.

Architecture Landscape /Decisions
- Suggest / Compare multiple technology stack options

Define the technology stack for solutions in scope

Develop Automation Strategy roadmap for Application Development and Maintenance, BPO operations

Look for possible partnerships, alliances, if needed

Design
- Define comprehensive design to take care of functional and non-functional requirements, suggest and drive improvements/changes

Define best practices for solution design / development

Design and develop contextual and sustainable automation

Solution implementation & maintenance
- Work closely with development team to build quality solutions and implement best practices (architecture, coding, testing, automation etc.)

Work with team on competency development to add new capabilities aligned with the selected technology stack.

This position needs

15+ years of total experience.

Expertise in solution designing using latest technologies apt for the customer needs.

Good exposure on various technologies like - Full stack technologies, Middleware technologies, data layer & database, Microsoft stack,.NET, UI technologies like JavaScript, Angular, AJAX, Data migration approaches/strategy, Automation/RPA, Regulatory/GDPR implementation practices, Secure (OWASP) and scalable designs.

Experience in MS SQL DB, SQL queries and reporting tools.

Experience in designing SaaS, cloud-based solutions.

Focus on reusability, standardization, service orientated design.

Innovative, adaptive, problem solving mindset.

Domain knowledge in Banking, Capital Markets is desirable.

Based in Pune but willingness to travel.

Excellent skills - communication, collaboration, interpersonal, presentation, perseverance, team player.
