**Job Summary**:
Principals oversee all higher-level operations in a school. They create a safe learning environment and set performance goals both for students and teachers, and oversee the process so that those goals are attained.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Uphold educational policies and integrate the common core values into each class curriculum
- Implementing and monitoring school policies and safety protocols.
- Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals and their respective performances.
- Develop programs that improve teacher performance and assist students in understanding class material better
- Provide guidance to the school’s network of student leaders and challenge those leaders to make the school a better place
- To ensure that school facilities remain safe for students and faculty and plan regular maintenance of school grounds and equipment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in Education
- 15+ years’ experience as a Principal or in a school leadership role
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
- Commitment to creating a productive educational experience
- Equipped with a Valid teaching license
- Great presentation and communication skills

Salary As per market norms.
- Ability for Crisis management
- Ability to coach and inspire.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
