Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop designs that align with the brand's target market.

2. Create sketches, designs & presentations as and when required.

3. Select fabrics, embellishments, colour palettes, and patterns.

4. Coordinating with the tailoring unit on specifications & requirements of customer for production, quality control and finished goods (custom orders) verification.

5. Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.

6. Oversee fittings and adjustments.

7. Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and market needs.

8. Willing to assist in sourcing up materials and making purchases.

9. Ensure all designs comply with the company’s standards and customer requirements.

10. Identify gaps in process and streamline as and when required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing.

Basic knowledge in tailoring and garment construction.

Good knowledge of fabric properties and sewing techniques.

Two-wheeler driving skills required.

Proficient in Tamil, English and Hindi preferred.

A good sense of colour and detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in fashion designing and tailoring is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
