**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee and manage the organization’s financial transactions, including Invoicing, accounts payable and receivable. Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial data.

2. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Prepare regular financial reports for internal use and for stakeholders.

3. Manage and record subscriptions, including tracking and acknowledging. Provide accurate financial information related to collections.

4. Assist in the preparation of financial documents for audits and reviews. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (GST, TDS, etc.,).

5. Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

6. Provide general administrative support related to financial operations. Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

**Qualifications**:
a. - Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance.

b. - Proven experience in accounting.

c. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

d. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite.

e. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

f. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

g. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Environment**:
Office-based position with standard working hours. Occasional extended hours may be required during peak periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
