**Job Title: Creative Designer (Specializing in Logo Design)**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Logo Design**:

- Develop unique and memorable logos that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our target audience.
- Research industry trends and competitor logos to ensure our designs stand out and remain relevant.
- Iterate on logo concepts based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve the desired visual identity.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create engaging visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Communicate design concepts effectively and present proposals to stakeholders.
- **Brand Identity Development**:

- Contribute to the development and evolution of our brand identity by exploring new design directions and refining existing elements.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Stay updated on emerging design tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance productivity and creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3 years) in graphic design with a focus on logo design and brand identity.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects, with an emphasis on logo design and branding.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and receive feedback constructively.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with web design and development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
- Experience working in a creative agency or in-house design team.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
