**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. 3-4 years experience CA with Direct Tax domain

2. Manufacturing background preferred

3. SAP knowledge

**Job Summary**:
The primary function of the role is to ensure accurate and timely local and global tax reporting & compliances, manage associated risks & handling internal & external stakeholder.

**Responsibilities / Tasks**:

- Ensuring compliance with Direct Taxation: timely filing of tax return of the Company as well as for affiliated employee trusts
- Quarterly advance tax and tax provision working (both for India Books and Group Books)
- Responsible for Transfer Pricing Study report in coordination with consultant and TP documentation
- Driving tax audit process and coordination with tax auditors
- Act as a single point of contact for any taxation related queries. Advisory on withholding tax applicability
- Ensure tax compliances in day to day activities and issuing guidance and process notes as and when required
- Grip on day to day amendments in the field of domestic taxation as well as international taxation and implementation of the same in the ERP system
- Good experience in Financials Reporting and good knowledge of accounting.
- Coordination with Shared Service team for month end accounts closing day to day transactions.
- Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors
- Income tax assessment & appeals
- Experience of working in SAP, will have an added advantage
